Our group fitness classes include Clubbercise, Les Mills programs, Metafit HIIT, weight loss challenges, Fatburn Extreme, FUNC Fit, HIIT Strength, Boxing, bootcamps, along with sports, age and lifestyle specific fitness and skills programs for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Children are welcome at our classes under parent supervision (excluding Clubbercise) so you bring them along to watch you workout and learn how to get fit and stay fit!
