Kylee Kendall started the business to inspire others within the community to become the best version of themselves by living a balanced and active lifestyle.
She is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences through lively and proactive fitness programs.

A Range of Classes
Our group fitness classes include Clubbercise, Les Mills programs, Metafit HIIT, weight loss challenges, Fatburn Extreme, FUNC Fit, HIIT Strength, Boxing, bootcamps, along with sports, age and lifestyle specific fitness and skills programs for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Whether you are new to exercise, have a little or a lot of fitness experience, our group fitness classes are suitable, safe and beneficial for practically anyone.
Our team of experienced instructors will tailor classes to suit your fitness level and ability.

For a small weekly fee you have access to a wide variety of classes throughout the week.
Our affordable membership will see you prioritise your health and fitness and help you stick to your regime for the long term.
Forming Friendships and Helping the Community
Attending regular classes is a great way to meet new people on the same fitness and health journey, and by creating these connections it keeps you motivated and makes it all that much more enjoyable.
We have a strong community spirit and are often behind and heavily involved in local fundraisers and charity events, lending a helping hand to those in need.
Children are welcome at our classes under parent supervision (excluding Clubbercise) so you bring them along to watch you workout and learn how to get fit and stay fit!

I’ve been eyeing your classes off for sometime now, it was just a matter of trying to work it into my schedule of working full time in Brisbane and being a mum, hectic life. Exercise is something very important to me and when I went to one of your meta fit classes – I was hooked! Awesome, energetic, technique correction, welcoming, community feel and you keep it real type of environment!
Best thing about completing this challenge was that I was accountable, my goals weren’t weight loss, but strength and in the 8 weeks I gained strength in my burpees, push ups on my toes and core……..I feel strong! So thank you Kylee, you’re most certainly very inspiring, I’m hooked!!

Kylee is so good at what she does . My husband and I (both over 56) wanted to do a challenge to lose weight and get fit , but thought we were too old. Well Kylee assured us that age was no barrier. At each session we attended Kylee would show us what to do and tailor the program to suit our abilities. She was always friendly and encouraging and as time passed we both improved our workout rate to a point where we kept up with the rest of the group. I struggle to put into words the enjoyment I get from Clubbercise class each week. The feeling of dancing like noone is watching and singing like noone is listening is the best way to be free and let go of all your worries and stress for an hour. Kylee is amazing with clear directive of choreography and this class, by default, is part of my fitness schedule every week.
