Box-Fit Our Box-Fit classes are fun, fat burning, cardiovascular, strength and toning based workouts. You’ll learn basic boxing skills, drills and combinations using boxing gloves and focus pads. Hand wraps are a must and available for sale. Suitable for all fitness levels.
