Les Mills Body Pump

A barbell workout class pre-choregraphed to awesome music, this programme is designed for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast!  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout and makes you look and feel great!


Our Box-Fit classes are fun, fat burning, cardiovascular, strength and toning based workouts.  You’ll learn basic boxing skills, drills and combinations using boxing gloves and focus pads.  Handwraps are a must and available for sale.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Strength / Conditioning

These classes are designed to build the strength, size and endurance of the muscles and will have you leaving feeling strong and empowered!


K-Circuit classes provide exercise stations with a variety of strength, conditioning, resistance and cardio based exercises to build strength and increase your fitness and endurance. Get results and have fun while working out with your class!


Bringing a nightout to your workout! A fun easy-to-follow dance workout with rave glow sticks, disco lights and club anthems!  Clubbing without the heels or hangover!   Reusable glowsticks to be purchased at first class for $10/pair.


A 30min HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout using your bodyweight and an aerobic step. Improve your power, speed, agility, coordination and endurance with this adrenaline filled group fitness class. Exercises can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels.

Booty Blitz

Our 30min Booty Blitz classes build and shape the glutes using low impact strength and resistance based exercises.  It’s time to get bootylicious!


Metafitâ„¢ workouts combine traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT (high intensity interval training) techniques to set the metabolism on fire! To burn fat you need to change your resting metabolism.  Work big muscle groups with simple un-choreographed high intensity intervals.

Our amazing Yoga classes cover the basic foundational Yoga postures that will align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Our Yoga classes incorporate various styles including Hatha and Vinyasa.  There are certainly no expectations or judgement in these classes and members are encouraged to listen to their own bodies and work within their means.  We promise you will leave feeling wonderful – mind, body and soul!

K-Kids Fitness

Teach your kids the value of exercise and an active lifestyle at an early age. These classes run for 45min and help children develop locomotor movements, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength through games and exercise! Note – K-Kids Fitness classes cost $10 per child/$15 per family (non-members). $5 per child/$10 per family (members). Ages 5-10 years.
