I have been at this gym for 6 months now. This isn’t just a gym, Kylee and her incredible coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, fun and really want to help you achieve your fitness goals. I am now coming 5 times a week and am feeling so much fitter, healthier and so much stronger. Everyone here knows your name and looks out for each other and are always so happy to be here. It’s my favourite part of my day and I’m always looking forward to the next class. It’s definitely been one of the best decisions I have made in joining this gym.

I’ve only been going for a month, but I have enjoyed every class. The instructors are helpful and the other members of the gym are welcoming. The different types of classes are great and times work in perfectly.

I joined Kendall Fitness about 6 months ago and in that time I have been able to attend both small group and larger group fitness classes. All the classes I have been to have been enjoyable yet challenging, and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking at joining a gym. Kendall Fitness has a variety of classes, supportive trainers and a supportive environment where you will feel welcomed at every visit. I can’t thank Kylee and her team enough for the support and guidance they have provided, I look forward to classes and feel great afterwards.Highly recommend!

I absolutely love going to Kendall Fitness and seeing all the friendly faces every time I walk in. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Kylee has created such a motivating environment that’s really helped me push myself and get back into a consistent routine.The classes are fantastic, and all of the trainers are incredibly supportive and encouraging — even on the days when you really don’t feel like showing up 😂. They make it so much easier to stay motivated! Highly recommend! I’ve been a member since Jan 2024 😊
