I had been looking for a new fitness home for a while and from the very first class at Kendall Fitness I knew I had found It. The format of the classes is always changing and never boring, the people are beautifully welcoming and Kylee is brilliant, encouraging and has a balanced approach that I love. I used To struggle to get up to train in the morning and now genuinely I look forward to going.
